Terms & Conditions

General terms

By using the Sheikh Zayed Massage website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms. They apply to all our services in Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October City.

Nature of our services

All our services are relaxation, beauty and general wellbeing treatments. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis or specialised physiotherapy, and we make no promises to cure any medical condition. If you have a health condition, consult your doctor before booking.

Bookings and appointments

• A booking is confirmed only once we reply with a confirmation message or call.
• Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment for check-in and preparation.
• Arriving late may shorten your session if another booking follows immediately.
• To change or cancel, please notify us with reasonable notice by WhatsApp or phone.

Prices and payment

Prices are confirmed at booking and set according to the service and duration requested. The final price is explained before your appointment is fixed. Prices may change from time to time; the price quoted to you at confirmation is the one that applies.

Health disclosure

Guests must inform us before the session of any health condition, injury, pregnancy, skin allergy or medication that could affect treatment. The centre reserves the right to decline a particular service if it judges it unsuitable for the guest's health, for their own safety.

Conduct inside the centre

• Guests are expected to behave appropriately and respect staff and other guests.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the centre, as is entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Photography is not permitted in treatment and bath areas, out of consideration for everyone.
• The centre may end a session immediately and without refund in the event of inappropriate conduct towards staff.

Personal belongings

We provide designated storage for your belongings, but the centre is not liable for loss or damage to valuables. We advise against bringing jewellery or large sums of money.

All content published on this website — text, images and logos — is owned by Sheikh Zayed Massage and may not be republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time, effective from the date of publication on this page. Continuing to use our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
